Due to some restructuring I have got plantations in Mauritania for you.
Each is at the size of 380 sqm.

The price per building: 6.5 mio Caps
Players that take more than five plantations can get a cheaper price.

If you calculate the cost of the metirial and the cost of not producing the cost from 20m^2 to 380 m^2 is 6.3mil.

but if you calculate how much money you would make with the 380 sqm plantation in the time needed to expand from 20 to 380 sqm the picture is a bit different, right?
