What does it take to make steel (i have got a mine, what do i need now)

for producing steel you will need:

coal + iron ore + chemicals + power

to produce chemicals you will need minerals

so:

you will need 3 mines to produce coal, iron ore and minerals

2 factories -> to produce chemicals and steel

1 power plant -> to produce power

1 well -> to produce water (for the mine products)
