building time

i had just made a new building( i had less than 5 buildings) and its showed the time as 3hrs!

but after seconds if i reset the time jumps by 2 minutes.i had made another building and it showed 1:30 hrs time for construction. however when i refreshed the page after 5 minutes the building had already been built
