Building Supply Store
Hi,
I'd like to propose a "building supplies store", i mainly manufacture this, and have no way of selling it to the virtual public without making it into something. There are building supply stores in reality, so why not make one in the game?

considering the costs of building materials meet or exceed NPC pricing, there isn't much of a change that will happen, as the prices are already maxed-out.
i have also noticed that there are less market suppliers for things like stone, which suggests to me that people are buying direct, or already making their own.
and lets not forget the point of running a business, to generate revenue!
so i'd rather be making more off virtual people, considering most can handle their own needs.

If Wood, Steel, and Stones (all Q0) should not be put in the game.
Reason is because there is an infinite supply from the NPC for Q0 building materials. This will cause a major conflict between buying from and selling to the NPC. I have created 2 possible scenarios that can happen with possible results which begins
Scenario 1: If the "building supply store" sold building materials to NPC lower than the "Raw Material LLC", then the "building supply store will be pointless. The result will be that the "Building Supply Store" will not be used and become a waste of time to program into the game.
Scenario 2a: If the "building supply store" sold building materials to NPC higher than the "Raw Material LLC", then players will take advantage of the infinite supply on the market and unbalance the game. The result will be extra time put into removing "Building Supply Store" to restore balance which is a bigger waste of time.
Scenario 2b: Same as Scenario 2a except the result is "Raw Material LLC" being removed to prevent abuse. This will cause further problems and eventually lead to the result of Scenario 1 (read below for cause of the result).
"Raw Material LLC" is in the market as a cap to keep the game balanced. If "Raw Material LLC" was removed, prices for raw materials will become unstable and prices for materials will be almost random each day. If Scenario 2 occurs, "Raw Material LLC" which keeps the prices stable and balance the game will become the very thing unbalancing the game.
(Partially explaining further WorldCorp's result) For people that will say that creating raw materials will become a very profitable business for new players, the prices will become unstable and who knows how the prices of raw materials will affect other products. Wardrobes may just become the worst business do to overpriced Wood and Steel reducing the profits into expenses. Power and water prices will reach NPC pricing or skyrocket if NPC for power and water was also removed which further reduces profits.
This effect will be like adding a constant quest that accepts any Q (expanding buildings) for something that is already in demand for other reasons (stores).
