I become friends with Usama bin Laden and he brings all his troops with bazooka's( dunno corect speling) and with shot guns and shoot all the guys on the hill and usama says u rule the hill now

so the hills all mine

btw all his guards are still standing guarding so if any1 comes he is shot down

With adi2412 claiming ownership of me, i appeal to various do gooding organisations. Apparently claiming ownership of a person/hill is both slavery and against the environment what with adi2412 threating to build a bypass through me.

Millions of protesters come to hill to protest against this, many are shot by adi2412 guards but there are always more protesters where they came from. adi2412 and his good buddy Usama are crushed beneath many sandled feet and impaled on protest banners. I claim the $50,000,000 bounty on Usama and invest it in tofu and halucanagenic drugs for my followers.

Covered in various people with poor hygine chained together, in holes and up trees. With many centuries worth of supplies for my followers, the hill is safely mine.

if u have seen bollywood don 2 he gets up after an hour after running away from many people and he was unarmed. i too get up. Usama is still unconcious and i carry him take him to a stream splash some water on him then he gets back concious he thanks me because i helped him and he calls thousands of his men and this time they got all types of weapons and richbay i go to some scientist get a machine from him i use it on the mountain and u come to the side of the mountain and u aint the mountain anymore and Usama's men shoot u. so bye bye richbay thanks for playing

With Richbay dead his followers are distraught.

But with their glorious Hill/man leader dead he becomes a matyr for their cause. They set up the church of Rich and start a holy war to retake their most holy site from the evil adi2412.

A bloody war of attrition lasts for many years but with by now billions of fanatical followers the Church of rich win out. They erect a huge statue of their god on top of the hill and incinerate the bodies of adi2412 and Bin Laden after sacrificing them to their vengeful god.

In my god like state powered by the prayers of my followers, i become one with the hill again.

The hill is mine.

fine, i jsut blow up your hill, killing you, your followers and destroying all worship to you. i then re build the hill and claim it as my own, now with everybody dead except ghengis, who is pre ocuppied with a false hill, i now rule, i disable all technology on planet earth and wipe out the human civalization, stoping any one from controling the hill but me permently, i then blow up planet earth maknig sure everyone is dead and sending out my army of aleins to dystory all space crafts that could contain human life. i rule the hill.

i sit at the false hill for a few yrs and then go back to real hill and see stickman101 siting at the top of the hill with cobwebs comeing off him i then walk up the hill and sit there

well, the hill that i was on is wayy out in the galexy, you cant reach it on foot, and since all of your tech is gone you cant reach the hill, you are stuck on the false hill for ever. i rule the hill still.

As the deed holder in the uk this makes you the free holder. The hill is actaully privatly rented as a hill in mulitple occupation (HMO) and as such you as a freeholder have to maintain the HMO in decent condition, upkeep and safeness.

However you let the HMO fall into disrepair and the tenants that are living on the hill complain to the local authority.

I am HMO inspector and as such am dealing with your case. Being an HMO if is covered by the HMO regulations 1990 and also the Hil Act 2004.

These peices of legislation state that if the hill is in need of remedial works the freeholder has a duty to undertake the such.

i contact you with a schedule of works and demand that you carry out such works, I give u 3 months, which looking at judicial precident is reasonable.

After the 3 months you fail to complete the works so I instruct our Hill contractos to carry out works in default (again this is in section 4 of the Hill act 2004) which allows the local authority to carry out the works and ecover costs at a later date. After the work have been completed you pay the money, however it was soo expensive that you decide you do not want to be a freeholder anymore, as you were going to loose all your possesions to pay for the work that had been done.

The tenant not being happy with your attitude decide to leave, and after that you cannot be bothered to look for new tenants.

The Hill is now subject to the Empty Hill Team whos job it is, within the local authority to make sure all Hills in the region are tenated, as empty hills will lead to disrepair and become an eye saw, of course the local authority doesnt want this.

So I put an ultimatum to you, that you must put new tenants in on this hill or a I will serve a compulsory Purchase order on the hill. You decline and decided to fight the case.

After numerous appeals it is deemed by the Residential Hill Tribunal that the local authoity should conduct a compulsory purchase order, and as such i gain the deeds.

Now the hill is mine
