When start buy advertising?

Hi,
my question is simple.
I have 2 shops, and i'm guessing if it is better to buy advertising or expand the shop.
I play in realm 2, so... the best advert offer, seems to be 35 per point.
My shops are 40mq and 80mq....

How much helps the sale having the adverts???
The full advertising costs 1.4 M, how much increase the sales?
How can I calculate if it's better to expand or to advert?
Eventually if I had 1.4M i can expand about 100 mq....

if you fill your store with ads you sell twice as fast. usually people fill shops with ads when they reach 100 sqm (10 workers)

If you can double your building for less than 1,400,000 caps (=40k ads points), you should expand. If the expansion to the double size cost more than 1.4 M, put ads in the stores first and expand later.

It was important to understand how much was the bonus gained with the adverstising. So it doubles... now i can do my calculations
