Unappropriate company names

I noticed this company in r1 thats named XXXX. I find this a pathetic way of expressing nationalistic mental retardation which insults some players (myself too even though i am not from Macedonia, its just unbelievable how people use a BUSINESS BROWSERGAME to tell the world their mind is on permanent vacation) and I therefore ask the GMs to either change this company name or delete it.

p.s. i intentionally wrote down this companys name and link to its showcase so that hopefully people will boycott this company

i absolutely agree with greed inc., and i think that politics, nationalisam, racisam .. are things that should be out of kapiworld.

My opinion is the name is chosen on purpose to show nothing but nationalism and to serve as an insult to some players. It is very unprofesional and unethical to use such names, after all this is just a game and suppose to be fun.

p.s. If u wana talk about politics and history i belive there are other forums for that so pls keep this forum clean.

Personally Greed Inc, I don;t think there are needs to post his company's showcase. And second of all, i think you are just trying to make fun of him instead of being serious. Other than that, i agreed.

I have to say I completely agree with Greed Inc.

The company in question should be politely asked to have his name changed to something less controversial/politically charged and if he/she fails to act, then outright removal.

This kind of obvious political pandering should not be allowed in a business simulation game...period!

Hey, I'm just glad there's a controversy that doesn't involve America.

my company name is out of the frustration towards the way the US government is handling the financial crisis... although is not that straightforward "XX is XX"

Hello guys,

I have been approached by some players about the issue and asked the player in question to please change his company name. He refused to do so, explaining that this would in fact violate his own beliefs (in a very polite manner, though); we have clear game rules that include that any form of insults or harassment in any way, intentional or not, may lead to an account deletion.

He claims his intention wasn't to insult other players, but to start up an open discussion - whether your believe him our not, I guess, is up to you to decide. As an administrator, however, I am responsible for making sure the game rules are adhered to, and I would hate to have players feel unwelcome or insulted by one player's political opinion. I have closed the player's account, so this discussion is now officially closed as well.
