Purchasing a Factory Question

Where is the information on what each factory produces? I can see the title of a factory but it does not say everything it produces there. I can assume a car factory produces cars but what else does it produce, engines???

What all does a plantation produce or a textile factory???

I want to tie in what I am producing in smaller amounts to my next factory purchase, such as I can produce cotton then I assume next I would buy a textile factory. But what if I wanted to buy a different factory, I have no clue what they produce, HELP?
