I just started playing this game and its a little addicting. People here seem very helpful.
How do I change the quality of a good after I have researched it, what do I click on???
I have the basic game no advance features.
I see I have researched quality 3 apples and lemons but not sure where to change the quality. One person told me to click where you hire people but I cannot find that either lol. Help?

Also, make sure to put the quality level to 127. That way you'll never have to change that again and you'll always produce the highest quality level possible. The only exception is if you purposely want to produce low level items (like q0 wood, steel, or some contest item), then you could change it back, because the production costs would be lower. It's an insignificant amount, though.
