Quest Question

I was given a mission/quest about two levels ago. I put it off because I did not have the means to fill the order in both money and materials on hand. Eventualy, the offer went away. However, I have yet to be offered another mission/quest since.

Is there something I have to do to start getting them again? Or are they gone forever because I failed to complete it?

They are random, you could get one today or in a year.

Just weird that I got one each level.
I am Ent. now and about to get next level by the end of the week.
I think I made the game mad.

Sounds more like the game made you mad

If you failed a quest, you will not get it a second time. There are five of those quests special quests. The appearance is random, nothing you do will have an effect on the probability to get another quest.

are you sure ? in german version i declined a quest. a few months later ive got this quest again.
