expansion time

Ok it's an economic simulation game, i agree, but in real life guys with lots of money could just pay the builders to work overtime and have the expansion done twice or even three times as fast. Maybe there could be an opcion to reduce expansion time, if you are willing to pay a certain amount of money, for example half of what the expansion materials are worth (or something like that, the price is not really the point).biki wrote:this is an economic simulation game so if you take out the expansion time it wouldn't be like real life as much

but i dont think this can be possible

but the problem is that the larger players have more money ... and they are the ones who want a reduction in expansion time. this is a very rounded game for new players to develop fast, and older players to develop slower; relatively.rosarino wrote:Ok it's an economic simulation game, i agree, but in real life guys with lots of money could just pay the builders to work overtime and have the expansion done twice or even three times as fast. I, myself, am waiting on 3 expansions which will both take over 1 month to complete. but when that is done, i will be doing another 3 buildings for a month lol if i had the money, i would upgrade all my buildings, then take a 1 month vacation LoL
The problem with paying extra for expansion speed is that those with the money will have more of it.
Beyond that, remember, you can literally buy money in the form of coins. Limiting expansion speed at least helps prevent someone from literally buying first place in the game. You can dump real money into the game but there are still obstacles to overcome. To be fun and at least marginally fair, I think it has to be that way
