Productions saying starterd but not actually starting

On a number of occassions now in real one and 2 ive had this problem occur. At first i thought it waas just me but now im sure. When Using admin buildings to start producing mutiple buildings at once, on a number of occasions its says it started the production but it didnt, for example i just tried to start producing 5000 leather jackets in each of 4 textile factorys it said production started but nothing did, and i lost all the stock i had for the production. I might not have had enough leather but i know i had planty of textiles now i am left with 500 textiles, this has just cost me a potential 37mill ...... kinda anoying
