Hmmm, I have detected a couple of multi accounts - are you using a public internet connection? That might explain it ....I'll check again, maybe I was too hasty!

Hello everyone,

I know you are impatient for everythin to "go back to normal". However, GoldenEyes has opened this thread to help us figure out the glitch within the script.

Unfortunately most posts we received so far have been from people who only commented on the one contest in World 2 and who haven't received a prize so far.

That doesn't really help us a lot to find the problem, I am afraid. What we need to have is information from players who have been taking part at more than one contest, let us know when they received the prizes and when they didn't, if they've been inactive in between, etc. We need this in order to find a sort of pattern behind this whole kerfuffle. So, please, if you have anything useful to add to the thread - do it and help us solve the problem.

I'm sure that all companies would love to help you, but there has only been one contest so far - you can't get any statistics until there are at least some of them to compare.

I know that we've only had one contest on Realm 2 - I was hoping for players who play on Realm 1 to participate - we've had quite a few contests there.

Did you receive one or two different contracts? If it's just one cancel it and I'll send you a new one, if it's 2 then you can just cancel one of them and keep the other one.
