Circumstances of sending the contest-prizes

Hello all together.

As there have been unfortunately several problems in sending out the correct contest-prizes we start now a new attempt. We try to collect pieces of information of all of those who claim that they did not recieve their prizes.
This thread is for all players that have not recieved their contest-prizes in the past... it doesn't matter if this has been only in one contest or if it has been more often. Help us to find the problem. Try to be as accurate as possible.

Please post in this thread (including your User-ID, company name and rank in the contest!) and answer the following questions.

1) In what contest(s) did you miss your prize(s)?
2) Has it been the only time that you did not recieve your contest-prize?
3) Did you miss your prize more than one time?
4) Do you take part in contests regularly?
5) Have you been inactive for a while?
6) Etc...

Please give us all pieces of information that might be helpful in this case.

Just a small addition here from me -

it would be really helpful if also the players who received their certificate posted here - mentioning the times when they did receive and the times they didn't receive their prizes. Also please state clearly if you're still missing your certificate or if you have received it by now, so I don't send the prizes out twice.

Cheat-attempts will be punished by your account-deletion (ingame and in the forum)!
