Escapement

There seems to be some kind of escapement of characters in text. Apostrophes/Single quotes or double quotes can be seen as back-slash+the-quote, when reading outbox/inbox. It seems, that you are escaping the characters with back-slash, but are not unescaping it back. Well, it can be readable and the escapement is to ensure storing it (and using in quoted expressions inside PHP), but it CAN be unescaped again, cannot?

I mean: "I'm" -> "I\'m"; "I'll" -> "I\'ll"; 'something "double-quoted"' -> 'something \"double-quoted\"'
