i try to used advertisement in small amount, obviously it doesn't reduce the time of selling but it INCREASES the time..

can somebody explain why?

it does NOT increase the time

when you drop advertisement in your shops a new selling process starts.
the time is reduced - but a new process starts with the new stats and so it looks like time has raised.
