expansion of premium buildings

do my premium buildings expand if I don't have premium paid? i.e. I set expansion for a month and the premium experes, will the expansion be completed after that month?

Hm, I am not really sure - but in my eyes expansion stops, when premium is over. That was my last experience in the german version
