Questions about Special Buildings

Can anyone explain me what the special buildings make?

I have "Nursing Home" and "Kindergarten" and until now that 2 buildings only increase points, nothing more and unfortunately we can't sell that buildings..

It's only that the Special Buildings make? Increase points??

yes. nothing more - just increasing points when you fullfill something

But they don't really destroy something. They don't need a slot or something like this...

The Safe, Wine Cellar, Status building, etc only exist to increase points??

How can i make Status symbols??

you can't make status symbols. you win them or buy them.

France:521 Hospital
France:520 Nursing home
France:53 Kindergarten

the only 4 buildings they give score to you. you must expand them, to get new orders. so the points increase.

all other specialbuildings give only fix-asset ( wine cellar, hall of fame ....)
and : you get randomized news, and you can win a statussymbol, which gives you score. you can sell them at huge profit.
