It would be nice to talk with players on forum by shoutbox.

My prefered rules:
not to advertise self products
not to use ugly words

Why noone is using chat? Because chat is older than shoutbox. And noone wants to join the chat then he has 10 minutes to play kapilands.

Shoutbox would solve that problem. But there would have to be some rules, to make shoutbox a place to talk, not to advertise.

I don't know for certain, but my understanding is that shoutboxes are outrageously heavy on resources - to the extent that some web hosts outright forbid them.

Not sure how that fits in with Kapilands' hosting, but I just wanted to mention that.
