Where do you build special buildings does it matter?

Nop , you have to pay the same amount of cash everywhere to build it , and the expansion cost and time etc is the same everywhere , and you cant produce anything with it .
Its just up to you to choose !

build in in red area - prefer the country, where you have the most stores. so you raise the demand for products.
