Jeans

Jeans are useless, you'll make more money selling the textiles.
Dunno bout realm 2 but in realm 1 you can sell textiles for 150 - 200, so since you need 3 textiles to make jeans you'd have to sell them for 600, which nobody would buy.
You'd probably get the same price for jeans that you would for textiles, so you'd make 3 times as much just selling the textiles without making them into jeans.
I'm sure it would work pretty much the same in realm 2 but the prices would be lower.
If you have a textile mill the big sellers are leather, leather jackets, leather gloves, textiles and pullovers.
Jeans and shoes are a losing proposition, don't bother that's why nobody is making them, cause you'd lose money by doing so.

You should set your jeans price above what the textiles go for. Off the top of my head it's 3 textiles, right? So if those go for around 150, add in processing and other costs and I'd say around 250 is fine.
Dbsuma has a point though. Textiles are used in Leather Jackets, which are more profitable. So eventually that will drive the price of your textiles up, and you'll have to raise your prices then to points that your buyers will be less happy with.
