Question about showcases / Biggest player

In "showcase" of some company's i saw records and sometimes banknotes (???)
Can anyone explain me what that means??

And who can i find the biggest player?? Because i don't find any Tycoon or above.. The maximum i find is Big's Industrialist's..

So, the "biggest" player is a big industrialist at the moment
how you can find them? check the stats: fixed assets and cash and look at their level.

and records or banknotes in the showcases?
Do you mean this:

this small pictures have something to do with the points (status symbols) the companys have.

It's precisaly that..

But, one more else, to construct special buildings we need to have that points or any small businessman can construct without any points??

1) When you become "small businessman" you can build special buildings
2) Building special buildings and filling them with the "orders" you will find gives you points...
