The auto industry is not the most active thing that you would imagine, mainly because of steel going to upgrades, so you get more money from selling the steal rather than turning it into cars.

So allow trucks to be manufactured by the auto plants that can be used or bought by other companies to lower shipping cost.
Of course if you own your own trucks you'll have to also buy gas.

sounds logical, how about a plane or train, and that it also is possible to make cerosine out of oil.

It's funny though because it's not just a new product. It's a new product plus a "rewrite the game so that inventory affects non-production activities" suggestion. Both of which have been said numerous times before.
