Where to find info..?

Now I've been searching and reading in here but can't find the answer to my questions..
I wanna know where can you find the building that makes advertisement..?
Where can I find the homeless shelter to build?
How can I know what the vuilding can produce, and what these things requere..? (fx. pigs needs corn etc)
And how can I find out what I get from the homeless shelter..?

When I expand my business will it be possible to produce more in a shorter time..?
When do I know I can hire 1 more to work there? (got 2 now)
And will the production time be shorter when I can hire one more...?

Under the "Help" tab next to "stats".

Kinda, but only if you hire new workers. (1 worker per 10m2)

When do I know I can hire 1 more to work there? (got 2 now)

Select "hire" under "Employees". If you can hire any employees it will say.

And will the production time be shorter when I can hire one more...?

The more workers you have the more you can produce per hour.
