do we have to sign up again for zone 2?
And if you have a premium package in zone 1 do you have to pay again for zone 2?

2 different realms - 2 different accounts - 2 different premium accounts

so: yes you have got to sign up again - and yes, you need another premium account. you can't use one for both realms
