if I build a mine research center will this be effect to production time? I mean if I research mine in the research center it will shorten the production time? or just effect the quality of the product...

why I am asking is I produce stones and I do not need quality but need fast prodcution time...

You can't research stones. They are always quality zero.
But research doesn't improve production speed anyway.

Research effects product Q and sligtly rises the production cost. ( for mine products thats minimal). The production time stays the same. Maybe you got the feeling the production time shorthens by time. Its true but not becouse of Q but becouse of your Level. When you start playing you get a nice production "bonus". This bonus is smaller every level.
