But shouldn't you be making a profit on the steel that you produce?

I don't think it is wrong that you sell them cheap... It depends on how you want to play the game I suppose. Frankly, I'm suprised that you haven't sold them yet, they are dirt cheap! If I had room, I would take them all

The ROI from the buildings was covered months ago. I like to have all offers on the table before I go selling them off cheap.
