I want to buy a gas research. I'm not sure if anyone wants to get rid of one. If you want to sell me Q20+/-5 I'm going to be buying in a few days.

Is this a silly question?

I know it isn't within your +/- 5 range; however, I do have Q10 available if you are interested. I could research it higher if necessary. Send me an IGM if you are interested.

I'm still negotiating with players so keep sending me your proposals. I have plenty of time on my hands so don't think I'm in a rush to buy a really big offer.

The research(Q20) alone will cost ~2.2 million caps, add around another million to cover the cost of the research center, and another million to cover the time,,,,

That's ~5 million. Can we consider that the bottom dollar? I will be willing to pay 5-10 million caps for Q20+. I will pay more for higher Q...
