Please, use kapitools.de and excel or some math to calculate minimum price for rubber q2. It is about 35 caps per unit. If you sell or buy for less than 35 caps, its simply not fair and more profit can be made from wood.

Hope this helps for people not to be [censored] by such businessman's who rob small companies buying rubber q2 for 25, 27 or similar prices...

Be wise, do not rob others and do not rob your self.

With the price offer of 25 it gave companies a choice of which product to produce. You being in the wood business will love to see wood prices skyrocket. This must be your motive for wanting rubber prices to go up, not fairness but profit for you in the wood market. Companies have or should I say had a choice, now you and CMB have left them no choice but to changeover to rubber production. I see a wood price of 80 + coming real soon.

NPC sells wood for 75 caps per unit. So, wood will not increase more than 75 caps per unit. As i say, please do not [censored] people.

25/27 was really to low !! Contest products are ALWAYS much more expensive then you are ought to be... So the 'basic'-product to make that cp is also more expensive >> in this case, wood, isn't a basicproduct, but that doesnt matter!

Well for 25 caps the choice was easy, cut your profit by 30% or more or continue with wood production.

But yea, with 100+ for rubber the wood price will easily hit the NPC price, or rather there wont be any Q0 wood anymore and the higher qualitys aren't affordable during the contest period. (Q11 Wood for 200 anyone? )

anyone interested in contest looked on market anyway (if they have any brain which i suppose they do) and there the prices are over 200/unit at the moment. so i guess the response to 25

Greed is right the response was nothing. Also MM is right in that NPC price limit is for Q0 wood Q1 wood + is going up soon. To produce and sell Q0 wood at 50 caps, ( at a cost of about 12 caps) profit being about 400%
To produce Q2 rubber with the same profit margin (cost about 6 caps) you would sell at 25 caps. I think of profit margin. The cost to produce wood is more than double the cost of rubber. For me Wood production costs 9 caps plus 50 water 1 seed and 50 power. For me Rubber production cost 4.5 caps plus 2 seeds and 10 water. You do the math and come up with your profit margin.

Dunno what prices you take, but with 0,11 for Water, 0,12 for Power and 0,26 for seeds + the 9 prod cost im at 20,76.
The price in the Warehouse is inaccurate for products you produced yourself with other products produced by yourself.

lol, if you calculate 2 seeds @ 4 marketprice too, the 25 caps/rubber remains a rip-off

and offcourse wood-prices are going to rise, with (almost) every contest you can notice the effect of the contest-product on kapi's economy.

@ some point i placed relatively much new plantations and i was honestly considering of producing cotton or wood because i would make much more profit there.

Ive worked out the production cost of rubber to be 8.09.
2 seeds at 0.25, 21 water at 0.13 and a production cost of 4.86

Thats if you've research the rubber to Q6. You can use Q6 seeds but there priced at over 4c now.
