Im buying 500m2 PowerPlants... I need eight such plants altogether...each must be between 500m2 - 600m2 only... All must be in Turkey... Preferable price is 11.5mil each, but f u r interested, feel free to igm me in the game and we can discuss the price....CLOSED!!

Im also selling 5 gas stations...each 200m2...all located in Saudi Arabia (Yellow)... The price for four of them is 2.75mil each (check out at kapitools.de, each worth around 3.5mil)... while the fifth one costs 4mil whch is fully advertised (it worths 3.5mil + 1.6mil for the advertisement)... F u r interested, feel free to igm me in the game... price is negotiable...although i hope no more discount

another thing realy, is that if you say it cost round 9.9 mil, and you only offer 10 mil is that the builder only gains 100k for 10 days and 10 hours work, wich is kinda sick.........

400m2 powerplants in green already sells at 12-15 mil, so why would anyone build 1 in red for a merly 100k profit?

you better offer alot more if you even want them, or build them yourself

Well... im sure "builders" dont buy a lot from the market... see, f im a "builders", i'll focus on producing a lot of stones, woods and steels by myself... woods cost less than 20c, stones around 2c, steels around 100c...i do this myself..i produce my own materials and my daily production is enough to expand around 500-600m2 daily...

Its just that, im using most of them on another buildings at the moment... thats y im asking "builders" to build for me...not "volunteers"...

I'm correct ryt? :/

well..... yes and no

it would stil cost you the prices i named cause its the vaule of them...
you could also sell them on market and get alot money for it....
anyway, why would anyone make a building worth 20 mil i gues, and sell it to you for 11 mil now?
