You can find these information in the game under help but here are the datas for a 20sqm factory in red:

Chemicals - 1 Mineral / 10 Power - 0.47/unit - 89.11 Units/hour
Gas - 0.2 Oil / 5 Power - 0.16/unit - 133.66 Units/hour
Glass - 0.5 Quartz / 1 Chemicals / 100 Power - 3/unit - 33.42 Units/hour
Plastic - 0.5 Oil / 1 Chemicals / 150 Power - 1.5/unit - 29.7 Units/hour
Silicon - 1 Quartz / 5 Power - 3.08/unit - 44.55 Units/hour
Steel - 2 Iron ore / 5 Coal / 0.5 Chemicals / 200 Power - 15/Unit - 22.28 Units/hour

PS: I have already resarched Chemicals, Gas and Silicon, so the production cost is a bit lower for Q0.
