TV Starion where to build them?

Hey we need TV Stations for the contest but i have no idea where we should build them... any sugestions??? In red it produce more but it's 2 times more expencive to build the ads... Any1 knows where should we build the stations for the contest and where if we want to keep using them after the contest??

and wtf is with that faxes that ask addvers for 400?? "[BuY] Q1 Advertisement 400" are they jking? in kapitools ic that 1 add in green cost 547 .....

a fair price in contest should be at 1.500 caps each unit. 1000 is absolute minimum. to sell at 400 to the guys at fax makes no sense.

same with me i produ 3k ads a day thats a lot o money
