After purchasing an expanded building from another user, the full value of the building is not reflected in the Fixed Assets section of the statement.
I purchased a 100qm RC building, and only the 150,00c value of the original building shows up instead of the original purchase + 80qm of expansion that would be recorded in a real world transaction. Actually, the purchase price is what should really be recorded since that's what my company actually invested in the building.

Re: Full value of buildings not included in financial statem
Sorry, I don't undesrstand evrything:
You mean that your fixed assets is 150.000,00
You mean that your fixed assets is 150.000,00
If I had built the building myself (150,000c in a red area) and then expanded it 80qm, the total expense I would have incurred, not including materials and time, would have been significantly more then 450,000c. I'm not sure what the expansion expense per qm is, but I'm sure it's more than 3,750c in a red area, isn't it? Isn't the cost more like 9,000c per qm or am I thinking of another building type?
