Should i expand buildings or make new ones?
Well expanding takes more money but i have 60 buildings and to give them all of them a 2000stone production it takes 1 hour!
can't we do something else?

Build new buildings untill you reach the 60 buildings limit. Then expand the existing ones.
There is also a thing that some products are good for making money with non-expanded buildings (they give large amounts of cash compared to building cost) but when you start expanding other are better (expansions cost almost the same with every building since main cost is in steel, wood and stones)
You mighe even consider selling buildings when you get near 60 buildings limit.
For example when I reached 55 buildings 50 of them were plantations making wood. After that I started selling plantations and building mines and factories which I later expanded. At the moment I have only one plantation which provides me with wood for expansions.
