It will register you automatically to the newly opened "Welt3". Everything is exactly like in the English version, so if you have a second tag with the English version open in you firefox window, you should have no problem...

The nice thing is that IE has an automatic translation in it, so I can actually tell what I'm doing in the German version. Can't build for some reason though, the colored dots on the world map are all dead zones.
