lets just say for a moment that i was to entertain your idea and expand 6 of mine....

What guarantee do I have that you'd have 1.2bn and a way to expedite the buying in 10 days?

This is a very interesting idea SeoeS. I have though on similar ideas myself. Still, the factor that is not accounted for is "time".

2.4 million a day is a fairly good profit for a building, but 1.6 million invested daily for the same number of days .... (25 days from 2000-4000 = 40M) has a much greater return in the long run.

This idea might work, but the "trade" interval would have to be less - so that your partner could get more of the profit sooner.

yes thats right,
1.6mio invest daily might be a lot (and very difficult for smaller companies)
maybe they can solve the problem if they expand every week a new factory and sell the big factory that means a constant income of cash... but only after the first building has finished, and this means you have to invest every week 1,6 mio more daily
so the hardest time might be the beginning...

and if you survive the first step

you will make every week a big profit 2000m

It is not that which I think will be the hard part - it is finding people who are interested who can afford to buy a 2000m2 factory from you to begin expanding. I will think on it.

at first they must have a building and than we change it
that means he has to expand a new factory till 4000m2 and than we change them!

if i sell him a 2000m
