no - if you dont trade with him, it is ok.

My collaborator plays too. And www.whatismyip.com shows our ip is the same then we at work

We do not trade at all and its ok about 2 months. i hope in the future will not be any problem, because i always try to play very fair

edit: he joined the game, then i send him advertisement mail for 5000 steel event from system

Trade syndicates are not an in game option of kapilands. So of course it is not illegal, as long as you two don
