i typed in 1000 employees on kapitools production calculater and i have no idea what it said.

I can't translate it exactly but it has something to do with this.
When you have 400, 800, 1200 and another +400 employees in your production building there is something like optimalisation taking place. This means that your production increases a lot with every 400 employess.
You can test it. Choose one production building in kapitools and see production output.
Type in 398 employees, then 399 and check difference. And then type in 400 and you will see much bigger increase.....
