cannot build special in premium account

hi all,
any idea how to build special building in premium account?? coz i follow the direction :

build - select city - choose build.

all i can find in the building list is just the normal building and the administration building only and i don see any building like gallary . anyone would like to help on this??

oh is it?? i am still a trader. that mean it is not very usefull to get premium account at this stage!!!

what does those administration building for?? and it is so expensive!!!

It's not very expensive if you have seen the price of the Special building. I think Administarator building is something like the Main building of their sellected building. You can control all building for e.g. u can control 20 Mines with 1 Admin building.

As a rule of thumb if I have more than 5 type of one buildings I get an Admin building. I am just to lazy to go through all 100 buildings and set everything up.

premium account is good at upmarket buisniss man and up,you just spend your money beacuse it isnt any use of it at lower lvl.

It is worth using when you have built all 60 buildings. You get 40 more building slot which just by building plantation you get around 20K caps per building. so for 40 building you will get 800K caps everyday. for a month 800K x 30 = 24 millions. (Just from the extra 40 building slot with the main 60 buildings)

the 20 coins only cost 20 x 400,000 = 8 millions.

So, you will get the 16 millions profit from that 40 building slots which you will not get any if you didn't try that premium.

It is also good as we will have more building after the 60 buildings limit. like for all plantation we can use just three click to restart all the productions instead of clicking hundreds of click

The admin buildings are always handy. Now I'm at 83 buildings btw, so it's really handy now
