Question about status buildings
the helpfiles don't say how much score they add. Is there somewhere I can find out what the scores for each building are?

Whew, I seem to be directing a lot of posts to the same place today. That's ok though.
In this very forum is a sticky. (And people tell me that they read stickies.) It's called The Guide to Guides and Helpful Threads. Many useful things are in there going well beyond what the game's help files say.
Among that list is an excellent guide by Azer Productions all about Special Buildings and their quests. It answers your question and quite a few more you might have.
