price are goind up because people get more income and they think the price are cheaper when they become to have more money.

As you said you remember when you could sell barely for 50K each, what is your income at that time and what is the income of most company at the time. People have to think a lot to buy some coins even with that 50K because they have less income but now most of them have a lot of income.

The price rises mainly because of the big players which they are getting a lot of income daily, comparing to the coin prices the coin price is a lot lower, so buy lots of coins with their spare money.

I think the coin price rising is really good for the game. The more the coin price rise the more people buy coins with real money especially new player to boost their company. So we should support the game buy making the coin price rises. :P

basically the amount of coins bought by the players for real money is more or less stable over the time and the amount of virtual in game money more or less doubles every month. So the monthtly CAGR of coin price of some 50% is fully understandable. As the building expansion times will hamper the growth of biggest players the growth rate of kapi-money supply will slightly decrease over the time. But even at the 40% CAGR coin price can reach some 25M in a year from now.

Basically, i think it was the influence of MySelf Ltd and some of the other big company that make the coin price high.
