what if some rich guy decides to buy coins for 10 000 eur? Is there a limit to how many u can buy? Otherwise it could be considered "cheating" if someone just sells 100 000 coins for 30 billion caps. I guess id would be difficult to sell that many coins but u get my point.

i think it woud take a little while to sell 30 billion worth of coins. it would happen, but it wouldnt be instantaneous.

I think it's part of these problems you don't really worry about until they actually come up, otherwise you spend your whole life worrying about evrything, without ever really accomplishing anything
