do i produce faster is it worth it cant find something in the help to explain it properly sorry for the dumb question

Reserch good only for make better quality items.
Quality important when you try sell your product.

No.

Its mainly save time when you try sell to system with stores (less time to sell same amount on same price/higher price same time same amount). Also helps if you try sell products for other players.

At higher research lvls the product costs will bit higher.
