How Can I PRoduce SteaL???? And With Witch Research Thing Do I Use To Level Up THe Quality? Please Help i havent played for ages

OK first of all, in the game click the "?" symbol up top. That will take you to the help pages where you can look up any product. It says what the product's inputs are, what building makes it, and what building researches it.

For steel, it says this:

Note that there is no "Sell" building listed, because you can only sell steel to other players. It's built in a factory, researched in a "Chemical RC", and uses Iron Ore, Coal, Chemicals, and Power.
