Well you could sell everything you have and give it all to me at 10% cost, or you could decide whether to look after your Industrial Relations by paying your workers for doing their best to look after your interests, or another thing you could do is ignore your workers and be un-compassionate.

100,000 caps aren't that many...

That might come across a little strong, it's not a two edged sword. After thinking about this thread, I will tell you that on receiving this one I paid my workers for their loyalty. It might have cost me 100k but at least I know that I am listening to those that mean the most to my company.

Maybe I'm wrong,,, maybe this is all in my imagination
