For example, i have 1000 sq m Cattle RC. I can rent it for someone for example 10k caps per day for 14 days. In this period i as owner can't do anything with it, nor produce, nor expand. And this company, witch is renting can research anything it needs in this period. It can't sell this building, expand.
The point is, then i don't want utilize a building witch i have, i don't need to sell it, i just rent it to others

And for others is good, because they do not need to buy or to build that building...

I don't know is this idea really good, i just suggested

I could see the use of that. My question is, say they are researching something and their contract with you runs out. Does the research or production just stop? If so, what would the materials used do? Go back as Q0?

For producing buildings is easy... its like canceling producing. For stores its the same. For RC.... maybe make it same like canceling research? no money return, no new quality level...

Unfortunately like many things, this level of flexibility really opens up the world to cheaters again. People would use this to virtually bypass the 60/100 building limitation, and someone would have to watch each rental agreement carefully to amek sure they weren't just finding a way to cheaply pass extra buildings to themselves.

The only way I could see it working was if those buildings took up one of the slots. In which case I think most anyone would rather be building their own than renting a building anyway.

what if you payed to rent the building and the extra slot you would pay the person you are renting from for the building and pay the system for the extra slot

I do like eggs. What if I wanted to charge 20 eggs per day? What are the advantages of having more eggs? Are there any disadvantages? Too many unanswered questions for me. I'm getting breakfast. I do like eggs,,, oh and sausages.

When U rent it, The company renting The building to another player would still have used up the 1 slot, + the persone thats using it has a slot token up for the amount of time.

If u rent a eraserche building, And u try to reaserche something but it will take to long, The system will say,
U dont have eneugh time on ur contract, Plz extend ur contract duration to reaserche this,

Then you contact the other company and say, I need a extras 5 days. Il pay u (ex) 15c more per hour ( or we work on daily baisis) the usaly. Then the other company either a) disagreed. b) agreas in witch case he goes to the special area ( with the bottom for profiles and thos, theres a place with nothing there) and select that contract, opens it and, like the production screen page weres there is were it says the time left, it would say the samething were beside he can write in ''5'' Besides the botton that says add days. And can set a new price,

Then the other company accepts it like a normal contract and he can reaserche it!

Now this would realy be usefull for company that sell reaserche for say q2 contest products they could sell the reaserche and rent out the building!

) say people would just builde it themselfs, But say I want to reaserche q3 ads, i can

a) buy it from managers (always overpriced

)
b) have the building rented to them They reaseache it themselfs (cheaper)

And cheaters, would not do this cause. After sometime it caused them more to rent it then build it. + Ip banes. + we would have to set a minimum price for renting a building + we would set it to busnisman only and up can rent out a building!
