I doubt the game owners would like it, cos it takes money away from the game. And I doubt it's allowed to be advertised here, because the gameowners own this space.

I don't think you've shown any rules why he can't do it.
And if someone wanted over a billion caps fast. Then yes, they would have to buy 10,000 coins, but I don't think the game would be that much fun for them!!!

i think most of the game do not accept these kind of things. But i think they should accept and can do something to profit themselves to.
Like by taking the % from the company selling price.

To stop the player cheating to them by paying lower than they should get, there should be a rule given out. A set of price for the company assets and money for outside sale legally.
