Showcase question -- non VIPs

Here's hoping this isn't as dumb as it sounds

I understand that the "Advertisements" in the Showcases are reserved for VIPs. That's pretty clear, and even I get that!

However, I've seen there are some players who are not VIP (Normal, per the showcase) but have something ABOVE the Advertisement line, such as :

Amount Ware Quality Sale price
588 Breads 4 -
24 Chemicals 1 -

Advertisement:

[ THIS IS WHERE THE PREMIUM INFO STARTS]

How and what that be?

OK, I didn't think this was possible, but I'm actually MORE stupid than I look

Can you tell I never paid even the slightest bit of attention to ANY of the icon choices on the left side of the page?

I am indeed the dumber idiot people talk about when attempting to make things idiot-proof!

Hint: With the showcase option in the storage, you can make some products highlighted and shown. These products are presented in the showcase link found in the firm's information page.

Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get me.
