1. when can you build them ? (wich level ?)
2. how many quests has a building ?
3. do you get points after every quest or at the end ?

Why does nobody read the help section of the game. Took me 30 seconds to find this in "help" and then "level":

Manager: Bank / stock exchange, Sale of buildings, technologies and score boards

To questions 2 and 3: I think the authors of the game want you to find out yourself, so I won

Help says; it give you points... >> does it has also quests or something ??
