Server Account

I was offered a contract which is questionable. I was wondering if there are server accounts which offer excelent prices. I know there are random events like that, but not if there are server accounts like that. If its a server account then I will accept, but I dont want to cheat.

The deal is water for 0,01. I just dont understand because the guy would have to be an idiot to think he was making money.
